Personalized Medical Search: Update April 9, 2008

I’ve recently presented a personalized medical metasearch engine we’re working on and your feedback will determine how we develop it.

Check out Scienceroll Search which is powered by Polymeta.com. You can choose which databases to search in and which one to exclude from your list. It works with well-known medical search engines and databases and we’re totally open to add new ones or remove those you don’t really like.

If you make a search, e.g. diabetes, you not just get some relevant results, but you can use the topic clusters to get closer to the information you need. And if there are too many results, just exclude some of the resources it searches in.

So please let us know what databases to add to the list and which one to remove. Let it be Your best place for medical searches.
